By registering on this site you expressly agree to these terms and conditions of use. TirangaCorp.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The copyright notice and all applicable laws and regulations also bind users of this web site.

Membership: By selecting a package, any one who wishes to use ExpMan web site for sole good purpose can become a member by paying one time registration charge and subsequent subscription charges. ExpMan membership is for 12 months period and after that members will be asked to reselect the package and submit the payment. During the 12 months active membership period, members can not change the selected package.

Each new member gets referral code for all correspondences and can be seen under 'My Settings' menu option.

The membership is said active as long as TirangaCorp.com receives regular subscription payments for 12 months. If, the payments for this duration are not received on regular basis the membership will be suspended. User data will be kept in records for 12 months from the date of membership’s suspension. The suspended membership can be revoked without the loss of user data and he or she regains the membership, agrees to the terms and condition and does not pay registration charge.  The suspended membership for more than 12 months period will lead to cancellation of membership and can not be revoked. Refer cancellation of membership clause for further details.

Payments: All new members are bound to pay the registration charge and usage charges as per their selection of membership package as long as their membership is active.  It is advisable to print payment receipts on regular basis.

'Paysystems.com' will charge your credit card or bank on behalf of TirangaCorp.com for all your payments. A confirmation email is sent on every successive payment received from your side. Your credit card or bank statements will show the name 'Paysystems.com' against the amounts that you had paid for using 'ExpMan' services. At no stage paid members will deny accepted and agreeable charges billed to their credit card.

TirangaCorp.com will not deliberately charge your credit card other than accepted and agreeable charges. If, wrong charge is observed on your credit card or bank statement/s please report immediately at info@tirangacorp.com with subject line 'Wrong billing to my Credit card' with your referral number. Referral number is your membership reference number for all your correspondences and can be accessed under 'My Settings'. Any such billing will be refunded within 2 to 5 days from the date of reception of your email.

Earnings: Using ExpMan web site members can make earnings as per the percentage or rates decided by TirangaCorp.com and can be monitored in Referrer Account. It is advisable to print earnings statements on regular basis. When your earnings are over the specified amount, you can request for payment. Member agrees to show these earnings to government of their region and pay all applicable taxes.  Should TirangaCorp.com be required to pay any such taxes on the income of member, the amount of such taxes and all related interest, fines, or penalties shall become immediately due and payable to TirangaCorp.com. The same conditions will apply to any new taxes that may be imposed in future. TirangaCorp.com withholds security reserve, called rolling reserve, amounting to 5% of earnings made. This rolling reserve is used to recover the cost incurred on TirangaCorp.com due to member’s misbehavior, unlawful act, unpaid taxes and penalties by the member. Any such conduct may lead to increase the rolling reserve up to 10% of earnings made. The rolling reserve amount shall be paid after 12 months from the date of registration.

Upon request for payment, it takes 2 to 5 days to initiate the payment transfer. Payments from TirangaCorp.com to member are made either by cheque or wire transfer or Pay pal or the best method available. Applicable transfer charge shall be deducted from the payment and balance amount will be forwarded to member. 

Cancellation of membership: It is advisable to print all statements and receipts before  requesting a cancellation. Both member and TirangaCorp.com are at liberty to cancel the membership at any stage. In either case the registration charge and paid subscription will not be refunded and member is not liable to pay subsequent subscription charges. Immediately after cancellation, members can not gain access to their ExpMan account. The balance amount excluding rolling reserve is computed after deducting all dues, penalties, taxes from earnings and is sent to member within two weeks period from the date of cancellation. The rolling reserve is sent to member after 12 months from the date of registration.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall TirangaCorp.com be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss or profit. Loss of data or information business interruption, or any other damages whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising about of or in connection with the availability, use reliance or inability to use any information available from the site or a linked-site. In no event shall TirangaCorp.com’s total liability for claims, damages and causes of action, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing this site or a linked-site.

Links to Other Sites: TirangaCorp.com makes no representations whatsoever about any other non-TirangaCorp.com web site that you may access through this one. When you access a non-TirangaCorp.com web site, you should understand that it is independent from TirangaCorp.com and that TirangaCorp.com has no control over the content presented in that web site.
